Corsan Implements Smart Units

TIXIT has propelled Corsan on its digital transformation journey, promoting innovation and sustainability in the sanitation sector. In this case study, we explore the impacts of this partnership, which has brought awareness and essential information to more than 400 municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul.

Corsan, Companhia Riograndense de Saneamento, is responsible for managing water and sewage services in more than 400 municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul. With a constant commitment to quality and innovation, Corsan seeks to meet the growing demands of the population, ensuring access to essential services and promoting sustainable practices.

TIXIT has played a crucial role in Corsan's innovation, implementing a Digital Signage solution that connects the company to people's daily lives. This strategy not only raised awareness of the importance of sanitation, but also made essential information available to the population. As part of the Smart Cities Project, TIXIT transformed the management of sanitation services, taking it to a new level.

The project was delivered in record time, being completed in just 14 days, with 8 simultaneous teams in the field, each working in a region of Rio Grande do Sul. We implemented more than 400 panels in the sanitation units, supported by a robust logistics and routing solution, as well as our know-how in project management.

In addition, a centralized content management platform was implemented, allowing all changes and new content to be applied to all units with a single click, and built-in analytics enabled Corsan to monitor the solution in real time and extract valuable metrics for the business.
